    A+ Awesome book

    I started my appliance repair business based on this book, erik is very thorough in all of his explanations procedures and is very proficient in all of his ideas and procedures to get anyone repairing appliances, if its the weekend warrior, repair tech or business owner, i recommend this book to anyone trying to repair an appliance A+
