Author Biography: Georgia-born Jimmy Jacobs has been fishing the streams and rivers of the southern highlands for 25 years. Publications Editor for Game & Fish Publications, he has contributed articles to Fly Fisherman, Georgia Sportsman, and many other magazines. He lives in Smyrna, Georgia.
