I'm not going to sugar coat it, I went into this book pre-hating Jackson. I was not happy with the way he hurt Violet nor the way he acted in Only For You. HOWEVER, after reading more, I grew to love Jackson. I absolutely adore Bliss.
This is an amazing story that proves, if you work hard and want it hard enough, anything is possible. MUST READ! 5 STARS!

Marquita Valentine’s Boys of the South make me want to pack up and move … further south. They’re so swoony and sexy and sweet, even though they all have dickish tendencies every now and then. Jackson is no exception, but my word, he’s exceptional in other ways. :)
I was dying to get my hands on Jackson and Bliss’ story since fate threw them together in Only for You. They had serious chemistry, which all but jumped off the pages and they were so imperfectly perfect together. They were totally bad boy meets good girl and I absolutely ate it up. I needed so much more. I got it – and more than I could have expected – in True for You.
If you read Only for You, you *know* what happens to Jackson and Bliss at the end of the book. If you haven’t read it, what are you waiting on? These two have a LOT to deal with and some decisions need to be made. They stumble and fall and the lack of communication between the pair was enough to drive me insane, but in the best way possible. They’re both flawed, and oh-so-very different, but that’s what makes them so special, makes me cheer for them to work things out.
This book was sexy, sweet and swoony, as I’ve come to expect from Marquita Valentine. There’s a heart-melting twist that I won’t ruin for you. If I’m being honest, I guessed it long before it was revealed, but that didn’t make it any less special when it happened.
This series just keeps getting better and I hope it continues. There are some fantastic characters in this series and I want to know and love all of them. I want to know everything I can about them. This series is more than just fun sexy times though. It’s tackled some serious issues in a very real, relatable way. I continue to be impressed.
I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I knew going into this book that I liked Bliss. I was still on the fence about Jackson. I ended up liking Jackson in the end, but honestly...it took a while for me to warm up to him.
What I liked: I liked how their story unfolded, particularly near the end.
What didn't work for me: I think because I was on the fence about Jackson until the end, it was hard to really engage in the story.
Overall: I do enjoy this series and I think this book is a nice addition. Jackson is Cole's brother, so I can't wait to see how their family dynamic will be.
