Everyone should have a copy of this book at home. It is a book capable of teaching valuable lessons and that was designed to fit everyone in the family. True Prep is the Bible to preppy life.

If you read The Official Preppy Handbook when it first came out -- THIRTY YEARS AGO -- you'll know what to expect. This update of the prepster classic made me laugh out loud several times, and nod knowingly all the way through. Muffy and Trip have gotten older, but she's still wearing pearls and Prada loafers, and he's still carrying his [father's] Mark Cross briefcase. IF, that is, he's still employed.
