Sticking to one production team this time out keeps Hill's electron darting, edgy horn passion out in front, and he seems to have ...

Sticking to one production team this time out keeps Hill's electron darting, edgy horn passion out in front, and he seems to have adapted remarkably well to the Tennessee studio life. Matt Rollings adds his bluesy B-3 touch to the sweet yet bouncy ode to Hill's wife "Tamara," while his bright ivories seduce remarkably on the mid-tempo "Time For A Change" and the tender "Miss You Forever." Since the sultry "Passion Theme" has been his biggest hit to date, Hill may believe that his greatest strength is in the romance department.
