A Robinson Crusoe Story with a Modern Twist

Robin Stewart has used her skill to weave a story of a boy and his grandmother who survived a tsunami and were swept onto an island where they survived for 9 months off the land and with their wits. This book was beautifully written in a simple manner for children using a modern twist to the "Robinson Crusoe" story. If you want to read a beautiful survival story which also winds up being a "coming-of-age" story, you will love this book! It is well written for the age level to which it is directed.

This is very badly written. If you want your children to know what a real sentence looks like, opposed to a sentence fragment, do not waste your time. Also, I do not want my child reading about dead bloated bodies. I have already deleted this one. I guess you get what you pay for though.

First of all, this book is not just about dead bloated bodies or stupid sentences, it is about a boy and his grama surviving a tsunami. Take that, poophead who wrote that it is bad.
