A must-have book for all entrepreneurs, small business owners and virtual assistants!

As a virtual assistant, I continually conduct research on resources and programs that may assist my clients with their business needs. Creating brochures, flyers, and Speaker One sheets are some of the projects clients request I create for them. Karen's book, Turn Eye Appeal Into Buy Appeal, provides valuable insights and tips into developing these and other marketing materials to ensure that the message you want customers to receive is being reflected in those materials. Turn Eye Appeal Into Buy Appeal had also provided me with a great foundation for learning about aspects of creating books including font size and style, layout, cover design, and book binding options which allows me to readily support my clients who are authors and self-publish. I appreciate the way Karen presents information in the book which allows readers to develop a comfort level with graphic design and marketing principles. This is a must-have book for all entrepreneurs, small business owners and virtual assistants!

Like a Graphic Coach on Call

As a busy professional I appreciate having information that I use frequently, accessible immediately. This book is my resource, my "Graphic Coach on Call". When I have an idea or question I simply reference this resource and proceed with my idea. Often I find it is even better than talking with someone about my question because the information is communicated so wonderfully and helps me clarify what I'm thinking. Highly recommended. Put excellence at your fingertips

I've benefitted greatly from the ideas in this evergreen book that gives excellent direction on how to be your own desktop designer, understand branding, create one-sheets - and generally do what businesspeople and their assistants need to know to operate smoothly. A first-class designer and communication, Karen has built in lots of eye appeal and useful, actionable info on every page. Highly recommended.
