The day we got this book, my children and I read and sang the song out loud. We had the best time. This is a fun book with some great Minnesota historical facts thrown in. This is a great book to have around for the holidays. Fun for adults and children to read and sing.

This book is beautiful, fun to read, and full of Minnesota traditions, memories, events and information. It's about two girls from a warmer state who visit their cousin in Minnesota and write back to their parents about all the Minnesota fun they are having. It also goes along with the traditional 12 Days of Christmas song, but the gifts are things like two hockey sticks, and a loon in a Norway Pine tree.
