Lots and lots of great ideas for healthy salads. Although all are vegetarian (with a few that include fish) it would incredibly easy to add stir fried chicken or beef to any of these main salad entrees. Also, the organization is incredible. The chapter is divided into months and at the beginning of each chapter is an entire list of all the recipes the chapter includes. Great simple ingredients, nothing that is overly exotic or hard to find.

All the salads you could want or need done simply and deliciously. The soup and garden books are also excellent. But no pictures......
