I have been using this book for more then 12 years as an aid in a Christian recovery group. This is is one of the best tools I have ever used to help someone get grounded in the spiritual principals presented in the 12 Steps. I have also found that even after 25 (AA/NA) years of recovery I still find benefit from the insights that are contained within this book. If you are looking for a tool to use in ministry to people who suffer from Additive Personality Disorders then this book is perfect for you.

Am now in my 25th year of an AA/ACA twelve step process. My faith journey was deepened by including this book with my step study group. Am very grateful for the insights and healing that manifested as part of using the material.

I have used other 12 step literature for 24 years and am a Christian. I wanted to pep up my program and knew there were some good books out there. When I glanced at it, this looked liek a possibility but it wasn't very well written to provide good connections from the Bible to the 12 Steps. I will keep searching or will ask other friends about the Christian based 12 Steps books.
