Library Journal - Library JournalThis volume has something for everyone: a selection of intriguing photographs from the major planetary and lunar missions, insider information about those missions, and philosophical musings about space photography and the reality it intends to capture. Yet most or all of this is available elsewhere. There are more lavishly illustrated volumes that tell the same story of these missions, and NASA documents provide a wealth of similar material. Thus, the book is recommended primarily for libraries needing an introductory volume. Richard C. Schiming, Economics Dept., Mankato State Univ., Minn.
