    Brillant and Heartwarming

    The story and illustrations combine to create a wonderful experience. The tenderness of the story Chris weaves around a tragic event renew faith in what is possible when folks work together for a greater good.A must have book for any child's library.

    Heartwarming

    The miracle colt tells the tale of how he came to be born at Longmeadow Rescue Ranch. This is a true story of the rescue of a truck load of horses from a highway accident in Missouri. Twist of Fate shares his story and intorduces the reader to other animals at the ranch. The illustrations add to the reality of this easy to read picture book. The sidebar information about the other horses who were resuced enable this book to be enjoyed by all ages. This is a heartwarming book for all not just for horse lovers.
