This space-faring tale for beginning readers introduces the idea of travel to other planets, when a boy on Earth discovers he is not the only one with his eyes to the sky. A limited vocabulary, word repetition, and simple sentence structures will help build confidence in the early reader.

For the parent, [this book] has a wonderful message while helping a child learn to read. For the child, it has colorful pictures, and easy words to read (and it involves space and people from other planets, and what kid doesn’t like that kind of stuff?) [My daughter] absolutely loves the pictures, and this book is read to her at least a few times a week. I can see it staying in our library for many years to come.
