Common Sense Toward a More Energetic Life

This book does a great job "formalizing" the common sense approach toward a healthier, more energetic life. It's all about things we know but to which we don't give enough thought and attention. It takes a second reading to glean out the great approach toward a more pure approach to our day-to-day activities. It's also very well "personalized."
