The Dutch oven is the source of comfort food like Clam Chowder and Buttermilk-Sage Fried Chicken, while the baking dish runs away with the spoon in desserts such as Chocolate-Hazelnut Bread Pudding and Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp.
