Editorial Reviews

Library Journal
This collection of over 125 projects from 14 of Nguyen's previous books (e.g., Dinosaur Origami; Monster Origami) includes human and animal figures, real and imagined, with skill levels ranging from easy to intermediate. Each project has excellent step-by-step diagrams. A good catchall origami book.

    Not What I Expected

I only gave this book two stars because even though yes, there are a lot of projects, most require odd shaped paper like an elongated diamond for example. Also many of the projects require you to cut, glue, or both. I personally am not a big fan of that for origami. I bought this book for me. I'm not an expert, but I do have some experience so was able to figure out what the author wanted me to do for the most part, but for my 17 year old daughter who is new to origami had trouble. All but the small amount that was in the beginners section are not clear enough for her to understand. I had to figure out what to do then show her.
