A great sample of New Orleans food

I just love this cookbook. The recipes are easy and simple to follow with not a lot of exotic ingredients. This was a very popular and successful restaurant in N.O.; always had people waiting in line to get in. I do recommend this book for people who love to cook.

Came this close to buying - thank gawd I didn't spend my dime on it.

Book is very vague. Doesn't give exact details on most of the recipes.
