    I can not recommend this book

    Telling people to facercise while driving is irresponsible, She quotes Dr, oz so many times you may want to consider buying his book instead.
    I found the directions for the exercises unclear.
    I have the dvd "hapy face yoga" and will stick with that.

    I must say that it made me feel some pain in my face the day aft

    I must say that it made me feel some pain in my face the day after. Something changed for better in my face too.  Some weeks after I stoped feeling some pain, and I don´t know if I´m doing well  or if I should change something... I tried to contact Mrs. Maggio many times by email and by facebook  and have no answer at all, what made me believe that  they are interested just in selling. There´s no support. I think that many of those exercises are similar to other ones from other therapists, and it seems to me that this book/dvd is too expensive for what it teaches. But anyway it helps a little.
