    Great intro to shorts...

Ms. Adelman has some great info on making short films here. Easy enough for beginners to understand and enough insider info for experienced film makers to gleen. She suggests some great examples of modern and classic short film that everyone should definately watch to get the most out of the book. Also great info about submitting to festivals and what works and what doesn't. Short film is probably the best place to start for budding film makers and Kim Adelmen gives convincing arguments why.
