Library Journal
This book provides exercises geared toward all ability levels in the martial arts. The author, who boasts 30 years of experience in this discipline, contributes chapters on balance, speed, endurance, strength, and coordination and timing. While some of the routines can be performed individually, a number of exercises require a partner. The consistently arranged listings for each routine include correct execution, main benefits, martial arts benefits, and cautions. Recommended for general exercise and sports collections.-- J. Sara Paulk, Concord P.L., N.H.

    A Great Book

This a great book packed with a lot of information. I got it a little over month ago and I have really enjoyed it I found the section on flexibilty very helpful and the sample work outs in the back give you an idea of what to do to improve each area. I'd definitely recommend this for all martial artists!
