Meet the Author

Sang H. Kim is an internationally respected author and star of over 100 martial arts instructional DVDs and videos. He won the 1976 Korean National Championship and was named Instructor of the Year by the Korean government in 1983.     A Great Book

    This a great book packed with a lot of information. I got it a little over month ago and I have really enjoyed it I found the section on flexibilty very helpful and the sample work outs in the back give you an idea of what to do to improve each area. I'd definitely recommend this for all martial artists!

    take it from a ninja...

    this is a thourough body conditioning book. a must have for all martial artist whether sport or combat based.
