The author does an excelent job of explaing flexibility, stretching, and how to build a flexibility workout plan. Multiple exercises for each body area are given as well as an explanation of how to do them, there are also helpful pictures. Exercises for all fitness levels are included.
I've built a workout from this book and have enjoyed using it a few times so far. I plan to continue to improve my flexibility using this book as a reference.
