Excellent! Very Accurate, & Full of Helpful Info!

Can't imagine why anyone gave low ratings!? This book is rare in that it provides readers w/ more descriptive accurate info on PA education, the PA Profession, legal scope of practice, & the variety of ways PAs really function in medical practice. As I've been a PA x12yrs, I'm already familiar w/ this info, however, for those outside the profession, this type of descriptive, detailed info is difficult to find. All one usally finds are quotes/paraphrases of our governing laws along w/ the oft repeated politically correct official version of "What is a PA?" approved by the NCCPA, AAPA, & other governing boards. I do appreciate this information, & understand its necessity to avoid stepping on toes of our medical allies in other professions, however, that overly sanitized stuff is not what those interested in becoming a PA need. So, kudos to this author for putting more of the "real" stuff out there in writting, for those who need, or just want to know more about the PA Profession.
