Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
".. is a useful compilation of thought and knowledge from Creative Homeowner as they advise readers with everything they need to know with plenty of direct do it yourself wisdom on how to make the most of their home." Midwest Book Review James a. Cox September 28,2011

"Packed with full color photos cover to cover Ultimate Guide: Home Repair and Improvement is highly useful and very much highly recommended. " The Midwest Book Review Library Bookwatch September 2011

Library Journal
This hefty manual, updated from the 2006 edition, completely covers the repairs most home owners need. Much of the content, illustrations, and projects have not been significantly altered, but there is a greater emphasis in this latest version on money-saving and environmentally friendly projects. The photos are clear and well placed but lack the finer detailing of those in the old standby Reader's Digest New Complete Do-It-Yourself Manual. Still, the arrangement has been improved, with clearly defined chapters and projects. This strong manual is highly recommended.
