Rob Price is a first class certified personal trainer and a former fitness consultant at the University of Wisconsin.     Good Techniques, not cycling specific

    I purchased this book for weight training tips that are cycling specific. It is essentially a weight training book with a bike on the cover. The techniques are good and solid, but I was hoping for something that would help my bike.
