It's helped to keep me focused and on task throughout the entire year, not just in season. Most of my other workouts were focused on only the two months before the season so afterwards I would get out of shape and have to start rebuilding again before every spring lacrosse year. But this book has helped me stay keyed into my game throughout the entire school year and summer!

He is a national weight lifting champion and state bench press record holder who has been featured in newspapers and magazines all over the world, including the USA Today, for his sports-training expertise.
