Filled w/ a plethera of physio-athletic knowledge this book has quality info useful to any level of futbol athlete. It delves into the true worth of being fit, how to become explosive and strong, and how to be careful when doing so to lower the risk of injury. There's pictures and clear descriptions of how to do several exercises that target the entire body; mostly the parts of the body best for soccer. From pre-season training to mid and off-season training there's nothing missing from this book. Take it from someonne who's advanced in the weight room and on the pitch (however not a professional) this book gets you ready... only if you stick to the plan!Was this review helpful?
