    A family member recommended I take a look at this book for a new

    A family member recommended I take a look at this book for a new way to
    get my cardio work in, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Wow! The
    workout was intense and a definite bump over running or biking. A great
    book...recommended for anyone wanting to switch up their exercise
    routine!
