I know a lot of people who have been successful at losing weight on the low-carb diet but still don't seem healthy because all they're eating is meat and eggs. This cookbook has a wealth of recipes that allow you to still eat well-rounded meals that incorporate a lot of fruits and vegetables into your low-carb diet and taste amazing. There are even desserts in here -- who knew cookies could be part of a low-carb diet? I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight while also getting their fill of important nutrients that are often lacking in low-carb diets.
