David Kirsch delivers a better you. You need to be mentally prepared, however, as this is the toughest workout I've ever performed! I am an avid athlete and have good strength (relatively low on endurance). My first DVD was used so often that it broke, and now I am on the market for a new one. It's been over six months and I miss his style and the effect it has on my body and surprisingly my mind. After this one-of-a-kind workout you'll emerge a better, more confident person. To succeed in this rigorous workout you'll need to bring a healthy dose of willpower and vision. You'll only know this for yourself after giving it a try.

Ultimate New York Body Plan- David dvd shows all the moves in real time motion and you can follow a long without any distracting angle changes. Very good exercises to use in your cross training workouts to burn fat and get into shape.
