When I started reading this book I couldn't put it down. The style is very engaging, conversational and informative. The highlighted "TEAser" boxes add interest, as do the "TEAmmate Profile TesTEAmonies which end each chapter. Commendably, Mr. Ukra doesn't overload the reader with too much information at one time; he educates with an organized, well-thought through presentation of short segments. His recipes are healthy, tasty and easy. It is an interesting read. We appreciate Dr. tea, but we do have to observe that, though he is an authoriTEA on tea, he is not an authority on life. The Only True Authority on that issue is The Creator, Who has also written us a Book well worthy of reading.
