I am not a health nut, but, my husband is one. He is always bringing home new diet books and cookbooks to try. For the past 18 years of our marriage I have seen a lot of different cookbooks. This is the first cookbook that is easy to follow and has great tasting recipes! Everyone in the family loves these recipes....even the kids!! Well Done.

I bought this thinking I would find only a few recipes I could use on my highly restrictive allergen diet. With the return policy, I thought I would probably copy a couple of recipes and return it. No way! I shared it with a friend who wanted copies of a couple of dozen recipes. Then, found I would need to copy almost the entire book of two hundred recipes. The cost of printing copies would be more than the book. Great companion to The UltraMind Solution.
