Rachel Caine is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of more than thirty novels, including the Weather Warden series, the Outcast Season series, the Revivalist series, and the Morganville Vampires series.     Somewhat disappointed

    If you have read the Weather Warden series, you won't find much new to read in this book. A shame, as I really liked the other Outcast books.

    It is great
