    Four Books in One

Note: This book contains Volumes 1 through 4 of the Uncle John Bathroom Reader series. So if you already own those - don't buy this; but if you don't own any of 1 through 4 - then buy this instead of all 4.

There is some great material in this book and it is highly entertaining for a quick 5 to 10 minutes of reading. You can open it up at any point and find something fascinating.

    You'll Never See 'Em Again

When my family comes to visit, they often spend some time in the bathroom. Sometimes, a great amount of time goes by and you wonder what happened to them. But eventually they come out and you find out that they didn't fall in, but were just sittin' and enjoyin' the Uncle John's Reader. Almost everyone I know has asked me where they can get a copy. The topics are numerous and extremely interesting. Things that you've generally taken for granted all these year--they all come to life in this book. A must have for any bathroom and a great gift for just about any adult on your list! But fair warning, you may never see 'em again!

    Uncles John Bathroom Reader

This was a Christmas Gift and it was the hit of the night. There are alot of very interesting things in it. Everyone started looking and reading things out of it. We liked it so much that they went out and bought one for us.

    A Great Family Tradition

We have faithfully purchased Uncle John's Bathroom Readers for many years. We like to keep our visitors entertained in every room of the house. Our adult son inherits them when the year ends. Many conversational tidbits are gleaned and exchanged around the dinner table from this reliable reference book. It has probably contributed to our exceptionally erudite grandchildren. This purchase was given to our son's family in new condition...so he did not have to wait a year for the knowledge of trivia contained herein. All I have to say is "Thank you Uncle John".

    Best Book Ever Hands Down

The Bathroom Reader series is seriously on my top five list of books. Very (shockingly) educational (esp. Plunges into History) Great read anywhere! Buy it.

Awesome book to read whenever you've got some time...

This book has tons of useful (and some useless) information, riddles, word origins...You won't believe the variety of topics covered by this book. There are old wives' tales, celebrities, and random facts on the bottom of each page. Overall it's a really cool book for a person of any age (I'm 15 and I think this book's awesome, but it also talks about people and events that older people can relate to).

    The perfect bathroom book

It's a great book for the reading room. Most of the entries are only a page long, so they are perfect for potty time. It could do with some updating of the facts, but other than that, I give it 2 rolls up.

I'm Finally Glad to see That There Is an Official Bathroom Book!!

This book is fantastic for the bathroom reader afficiando. I've been waiting years for a book like this to come along! This is a great book to read on the airplane, or just about anywhere else! This book has long, medium, or short articles about miscelaneous subjects, plus little tid bits of information at the bottom of each page. Articles include things like Strange Lawsuits, The BATTLE Between Coca-Cola and Pepsi, weird 'studies' that universities have conducted, and basically anything else you can think of. Also has 2-Minute Mysteries and such. I would reccomend this book to everybody, even if you're not a 'bathroom reader'.
