    I Also Recommend:

This was a fascinating book, I bought it to read a bit at a time....

My husband has always enjoyed this series of books and I have read some of them from time to time. But when I ordered a couple of the others for him recently, I saw this one advertised.

I have never been interested in history, even in school. But there was a lot of history in this book, and in an way that kept me turning pages. It even overrode my original intention to read this one bit by bit.

I finished it around things I needed to do and nothing else in two days, and I found myself bringing up things I had read in conversation and looking things up I had read to learn more about them.

And the topics were so well thought out and unusual is an understatement.

I have bookmarked this book for gift for friends, in the furture. And I would highly recommend it.
