Meet the Author

Conrad J. Storad grew up in Barberton, Ohio. He works at Arizona State University, where he is the editor of two nationally award-winning magazines, ASU Research and Chain Reaction. He also is the author of numerous science and nature books for children and young adults, including Saguaro Cactus, Scorpions, Tarantulas, and Inside AIDS: HIV Attacks the Immune System. He lives in Arizona with his wife, Laurie, and dog, Sophia.
