Flesh-eating Zombies and strong-willed Heroes fill the pages of the Undead Season. I thought that it was a great start to a new and exiting alternate timeline. With the story starting in the South, I thought the setting and heroes were easy to relate to. The story is mysterious and intriguing. The author did a good job of weaving a zombie apocalypse story into the everyday life of an ordinary person. It makes one think about what they would do under similar circumstances. With bad guys who kill without remorse, and good guys who show restraint, The Undead Season is a great book to add to your Zombie library.

I enjoy the way the author writes.. it's easy to ready and enjoyable. The characters are very likable! I feel like I'm with Sophia and Ben when they're traveling. I have a crush on the guy Sophia has a crush on. I am fighting bad zombies with them and I eagerly await the sequel. I am not usually a fan of guts and blood and Undead Season does not have lots of either. I wasn't grossed out. And there is an aire of romance added to it, which sounds weird but the author makes it sweet. This book could very well be the next Twilight series. Minus sparkly vampires... but with sexy "Suffrages."Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
