I wanted a change to accommodate my art collection, sold ALL my furniture to start fresh not realizing it would be much harder then I ever imagined. My condo is small and living & dining are one room, so you have to be very creative avoiding using a decorator. I hit a road block when I realized what comes first, the chicken or the egg i.e., color furniture or wall colors? After weeks & hours of research reading books at B&N I found this book on their website and instantly I was able to pull it all together from style of furniture, wall colors and accent pieces. Highly recommend this book if you color outside the lines and encourages you to create your home your own way regardless of the rules and expectations.

I did not care for this book. It looks like clean lined style from the cover- but so many rooms are full of huge collections. It appears as clutter to me. It was not to my taste and so it was returned. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
