Drinking his troubles away at the local bar, he comes upon a "bachelorette party" for Janelle McKay, daughter of the wealthiest family in town. Sensing an opportunity, he sets his sights on the other daughter, the unattached Joslin. But the beautiful young woman shoots him down all too efficiently.
