The Great Battles (part two)

Mason, breathing hard, clutched the bars of the cage.
Mason really, really hat<_>ed hights, and being above the low hanging clouds was WAY to high for him. He tried to not focus on the hight but on racheal's wings. They were pure snow white with scarlet red tips, and quiet like a barn owl's. They were that silent as she flapped once. Mason turned to see another boy from a diffrent class in a cage beside him. The boy carrying him talked to racheal while he flew.
"Greetings Racheal. Who did ya choose this time?" Racheal responded quickly. "He's my ex, mason to be exact. He's weak in the arms...but hard working. Figured he'll make a warrior with some training. How 'bout you Caden?" He chuckled. "This is Tyler, i saw him try to make a run for it and i caught him barley. We could use his speed for a warrior or messanger."
They continued to chat but mason didnt listen, he wanted to speak with tyler. "Hey. Was the entire school invaded?" Tyler glanced up and grabed a bar of his cage. "From the looks of it yes. Do you think the adults are alive? We're only in 5th or 6th grade we cant be that much needed yet." Racheal growled a warning while caden barked at tyler to shut his mouth and they flew on in silence.
Soon the troops glided down into a maze of rocky cannons. Mason tried to keep his lunch in while they zig-zaged through the tunnels. Finally racheal set mason's cage down on a ledge along with other kids. Racheal glided to a ledge and spreded her wings to silence the kids.
once they were quiet, racheal spoke. "Children, i am Racheal. Troop comander and favorite to Lord Darkness. I know right now you may be frightened but soon you will grow to like your training to become a dark one."
To be continued at next result.
