Overview

There is a place that shouldn't exist.
But does.
And there are creatures that shouldn't exist.
But do.
Welcome to a land where all of your dreams and nightmares are very real—
And often deadly.
Welcome to Everworld.

There are some things that you know you'll never do. And though you may dream of riding a winged horse, or speaking to a dragon, you pretty much know it isn't gonna happen. Unless, of course, you find yourself in Everworld. David, Christopher, April, and Jalil are in Everworld. And even though they've found Senna, the person they thought would be their ticket home, Everworld holds onto all of them even tighter than before. Now they have to find out why.

But not before another encounter with the surreal. David and the others have been called back to Olympus to help the gods battle Ka Anor, and the fastest way to get there is by boat. Unfortunately, Neptune, ruler of Everworld's sea, doesn't like trespassers. Now David and his friends are about to discover the lost city of Atlantis...

    okay, but not that great

I read this book, and it was ok...not as good as the others I thought. The situations were very interesting, being underwater and such, but I don't know...it just didn't spark my intrest as much as the others have.

THE TALENT KNOWN AS APPLEGATE CREATES ANOTHER EVERWORLD MASTERPIECE!!!!!

Today was Christmas, and one of the presents I got was this book. It was great. I had gotten all of the books before this, and I just got the rest of the series. Applegate is one of those authors that sucks you into her stories, and won't let you go. I read this Everworld book, (like the rest of the series) In one entire series on the couch with the lamp light next to me. It was truly great. Action packed, suspenseful, and possibly one of the most terrible villians in the entire books besides Ka anor. This books also answers alot of the questions that came up in the past books, and raises MORE questions. I haven't read the enitire series yet, and I hear that K.A ended the series with a cliffhanger....I hope not. Anyways, this was a great book. A perfect present. It was so great opening the book up out of it's wrapping paper. READ IT!!! I hear that K.A. likes reading reviews here at Barnesnnoble. K.A, IF YOUR READING THIS, I THINK YOUR VERY TALENTED AND POSSIBLY THE BEST AUTHOR THAT I HAVE READ!!!! Bye. Thanks K.A.

    Applegate strikes more teen gold!

Despite breathtaking output, Applegate maintains the quality of her work. She continues to weave a fascinating take of four teenagers ( five IF you count Senna, but who wants to . . . smirk )stuck in a world of fantasy. I read the entire series to date in only a few days, and I'm hungry for more. Just one question: when does the author sleep, eat or tend to the rest of her life??

    A Really Good Book

I liked this book a lot. Applegate's ability to make it feel like your there makes this book extremely absorbing. While this is a great adventure/fantasy Applegate doesn't forget the characters feelings like some authors. Another thing I like is that all of the books in the Everworld series can be enjoyed by a wide range of ages.

    From SPider

Hey I used to read Animorphs for about 3 years but then I stopped and I thought that Everworld would be kind of a book for little kids. Its not. I really like them. If you haven't read any of them, you might want to start with number 1 because it might get a little confusing.
