Practical information for a person suffering with depression

I gave this book to a nephew in treatment for severe depression. It's a small book, easy to read with practical information. Many books on the subject have useless information for a person with active depression and his/her family members. The author states," Removing obstacles to recovery.Doing one thing at a time.Changing your self-image." A depressed person with decreased concentration needs short step-by step recovery tools!
