Although more than 10 years old, I reread this PFS 'classic' last year and still find it still useful. [In my chapter] We've been waiting for an updated version by Robinson-Crowley. I attended one of her presentations in 2001 and she was exciting; futuristic yet extremely knowing of healthcare's history. A dynamic speaker and author. I recommend this text for financial officers who may be lacking in solid patient financial services background.
