My professor used the Verti casebook for lectures, but often referred back to this as reference. It is AWESOME. It really simplifies the information needed to know. Lexis also offers outlines that go with this book and they are really helpful.
I would not rely solely on this book to pass finals, but it is my bible for torts so to speak. Any concepts I have had trouble understanding this book helped on. (I was able to get a B in the class so it must have been doing something right)
