Overview

It's been four years since Marco married the love of his life. He's got everything he wants; kids, a nice house, money, and a wife who loves him. Everything is perfect in the St. Charles' household, until an old friend from the past shows up...

Robert Levy is a long time friend of Marco and CeCe. It's been fourteen years since he last saw them. When he's reunited with them, everything is great at first, until a series of strange events follow his departure from The Big Apple.

One by one, people having any connection with Marco are coming up hurt or dead. The only suspect police are focusing on is Marco himself! Everyone is having a hard time trying to figure out what's going on, and why someone would set Marco up, until it is discovered that Robert Levy only faked his departure.

It's now a game of cat and mouse as Marco races to save himself and his family from the man he thought was his friend.

In this sequel to Secrets To Kill For, you will learn that it's your friends whom you have to keep very close!

    Unfinished Business: It's The Business!

This was a wonderful follow up to Secrets To Kill For. I was angry at the villain throughout the whole book, Robert Levy; and I was praying for his death, which didn't come soon enough for me! Robert becomes the embodiment of every type of person you'd love to hate. His main victim, Marco, is so naively in love with his childhood friend, Robert, that he refuses to believe that Robert is the man responsible for all the chaos that came to NYC after Robert showed up for a reunion.

Robert's crimes are so disturbing! He's a rapist, a murderer, a pedophile; he is so disgusting, and frightening to think that there are real people in the world just like him! He gets away with murder after murder for years; but his obsession over Cynthia St. Charles brings his reign of terror to a breathless end!

Joy Evans-Smith, brings back my favorite characters, Marco and Cynthia, whose lives take a very unexpected turn on one of the most horrific roller coaster rides a family could think of. But love conquers all! I pray Allah blesses Joy to bring this couple (Marco and Cynthia) to the movie screen.
