Unfinished Business: Make Change Work For You Not Against You
Digital Transformation. Organizational re-design. Service Delivery Optimization. Global Pandemics. Climate Change. Political Unrest. The list goes on. You know what the common denominator is with all these events? They can all be boiled down to one simple yet very powerful word. Change.

Everything in business, or in life for that matter, is subject to change. The organizations we work for, the communities we live in, the lives we lead. Some of these changes are gradual, others traumatic. Some are controlled, some are outside our control. Some are small and incremental, some are far reaching, complex and ongoing. Some changes we choose and some change chooses us. All changes will either impact our businesses, our societies and/or our lives.

As a business leader, how do you navigate the order-disorder-reorder of relentless change that happens both inside and outside your business? How do you protect your organizations while empowering your teams to ride the fluctuating waves of change? What if you could flip the script on change and start making change work FOR you and not AGAINST you? What if you could harness the power of unknown possibility and leverage it for competitive advantage? Would you do it?

Bottom line: Unfinished Business is about proactively embracing change as "business as usual" and leveraging it for competitive advantage in order to bullet proof your business against irrelevance.

About the Author

Robin Vandekleut is a self-proclaimed change enthusiast. Growing up in a military family, she learned from a very early age that change is an inevitable part of life and how you manage that change determines your personal or professional growth. In 2004, Robin started A Creative Voice Communications, a successful communications company that evolved into a change management consulting business in 2010 upon the completion of her MBA.

Robin has worked with 100’s of business leaders in public and private sector organizations over her career and has a heart to see each one of them succeed. As a business leader herself, she understands the pushes and pulls of Leadership. She also consistently adjusts her own business model in minor ways and intentionally pivots the business every 10 years. Robin is passionate about engaging in conversations with leaders on how to best grow with their organization and face the new frontier ahead of them with their teams fully engaged and their organizations thriving.

She is a proud Canadian, wife, mother of two incredible human beings (my daughter wrote my bio) and world traveler, currently living in Canada’s capital, Ottawa.
