I bought all the Macon Valley Ménage Stories and now I'm

I bought all the Macon Valley Ménage Stories and now I'm wishing I hadn't spent my money. I live on a fixed income and can only spend so much each month of books. I sure wasted my money this month. The story line is well thought-out, but the editing leaves a lot to desire. Each book had multiple errors, which should have been caught when editing. I learned in 7th grade that when writing you never put yourself first in a sentence the other person always goes first. Then there were words like lime for time in of the books and a few others like that a real word, but the wrong word being used. I understand the concept of short stories, but each of these felt rushed and uncompleted. Makes me wonder about other stories published through this company. I took the time to go check out the web sites listed and it's basically a self-publishing company. I have nothing against people who want to publish their works for others to read. I've read quite a few really well and well edited books that have been self-published, so don't get me wrong I'm not down on self-publishing if the editing work is up to par.
