Silas and Katies story was wonderfully written! Silas has empathic psychic abilities and has always been there for Katie even though she hasn't seen him in 18 years. This connection brings them together when a serial killer gets too close to Katie. This connection changes their lives forever...... A MUST READ!!!!!!!

Love, love, love this book. It has you guessing up to the end. It is MORE than worth the money and at almost 800 pages, what a bargain!

I thought the book had some good elements in it to make for a interesting read but it was too lengthy. I felt as though the author could have condensed some of the chapters to tighten up the overall reading of the novel. The real suspense did not start until well into the mid part of the novel. As a result, for me it was just OK.

I am not sure I read the same book as the other reviewers. This was horrible! Weak protagonist! Worst 99 cents I ever spent. Would give it negative stars if I could.

A well crafted mystery and romance. I felt like I really knew the characters as real people and could love or hate them.

Great book. The more you read the more you are drawn into the story. I found myself feeling sorry for Katie, then impatient with her for being such a doormat, and finally rooting for her in the end. Things are not always as they seem, and the more you become engrossed in the story, you will become aware of this. Suspicions starts to arise! Well, you just have to read it. You will be thinking about the story after you finish the book. Too true.
