Overview

"United in Hate" analyzes the Left's contemporary romance with militant Islam as a continuation of the Left's love affair with communist totalitarianism in the twentieth century. Just as the Left was drawn to the communist killing machines of Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and Castro, so too it is now attracted to radical Islam. Both the radical Left and radical Islam possess a profound hatred for Western culture, for a capitalist economic structure that recognizes individual achievement, and for the Judeo-Christian heritage of the United States. Both seek to establish a new world order: leftists in the form of a classless communist society, and Islamists in the form of a caliphate ruled by Sharia law. To achieve these goals, both are willing to "wipe the slate clean" by means of limitless carnage, with the ultimate goal of erecting their utopia upon the ruins of the system they have destroyed.

    Meticulous and Accurate.

To say that United in Hate exposes a love affair that leftist have with tyrants, would be inaccurate; their worship is anything but hidden. What Mr. Glazov does is connect the dots between the "useful idiots" as Lenin said and todays toadys. Let's be clear, this isn't about your everday democrat or even liberal, this is about extremist, who to a large extent have hijacked the podium. There is no innuendo here: the subjects of the book are quoted and footnoted. Mr. Glazovs writing is clear and concise, although afterwards you will shake your head at the hubris of a few of our fellow citizens.

a book that shows the madness and motivation of the far left political religion

This book has lots of quotes from the far left themselves that show their hypocrisy, lies, and complete lack of morals when morality gets in the way of their agenda. It exposes the political religion, the cult of totalitarianism that infects these people. Just as some people are motivated to spread good in the world, or to seek power for themselves, other people like the subjects of this book are motivated just to rob every person on earth of their freedom and subject them to misery and destruction, and they will find like-minded people to network with, and infiltrate whatever organizations they can, like the media, to achieve their goals, and they do all these things with the same motivation as a religion. I can't stand behind my hero Ron Paul anymore, I must now believe in a strong FBI, CIA, and meddling in those countries that keep terrorists safe. I thought we could just leave them alone and they'd leave us alone, but that's not the case. It turns out some people really do "hate our freedoms".
