If you work with virtual teams, this book is a must! This should be required reading before any manager or executive undertakes building a virtual team.
This book covers the topic of virtual distance and its impact on virtual teams. The book covers how to measure virtual distance and how to reduce the impact. Several different aspects of distance on virtual teams are discussed including several aspects most other books ignore.

Dr. Lojeski and Dr. Reilly have shown there are more productive ways to operate overseas in Asian and Middle-Asian/Eastern markets. Highly recommended... This book is the first publication that deals with the truth of the price tag in doing business with core groups segmented across the globe, or across the country. Every executive and director of segmented workforces, even if they are localized or regional, should read this book.
