Meet the Author

Tom Wallace spent many years as a successful, award-winning sportswriter/editor in his native Kentucky. He authored five sports-related books. He has contributed articles and columns to numerous national sports magazines, and has also done writing/editing on two national bestsellers by basketball coach Rick Pitino—Success Is a Choice and Lead to Succeed. He lives in Lexington, Kentucky.

Kyle Macy is former NBA star, die-hard UK alum, and the current color commentator for the UK Wildcats telecasts. Known for his still-unsurpassed free-throw percentage, Macy spent three years playing Wildcats basketball under legendary coach Joe B. Hall. After graduation, Macy spent seven years in the NBA, donning jerseys for the Phoenix Suns, Chicago Bulls, and Indiana Pacers. He lives in Lexington, Kentucky.

    Bad Book

    Kentucky would be a lot better if they did not have a coach like John Calapari. He is a big cheater who does anything and everything to win.
